Sponge Cutting
We use advanced semi-automatic sponge cutting machine, which can not only ensure the smooth line of the Cut sponge, but also flexibly cut out irregular customized shapes.
Cutting
For Wood, we use high-speed cutting machines to ensure that the cut wood blocks are square and neat in shape. These high-speed cutting systems also ensure our production efficiency.
Polishing
For metal parts, each part is manually polished by our skilled workers. Make sure that each part has a beautiful polishing effect and also achieve high quality.
Framing
We use high quality imported Russian larch to ensure the firmness and durability of the main frame of the sofa. At the same time, we also use high quality springs to ensure the elasticity of the sofa. Finally, our skilled workers make overall structure construction to ensure firmness and no shaking.
Fabric Sewing
Our sofas are all made by our skilled tailors, who can seal the cut leather plates skillfully and quickly to ensure stable sewing and not easy to take off the thread.
Filling
The high density foam is specially made into several layers then attached to the wooden board. Our people will make sure the foam fit the board to make the shape come out perfectly.
Upholstered
After completing all the basic processing, finally, our most skilled worker will tied up the leather or cloth. They could cover the leather skillfully to make the sofa look full and stylish.
Packing
Usually, we will make careful packaging. For sofa, we will wrap plenty of bubble paper on it, then put it in a carton, and add woven bags to the exterior. For dining table or coffee table, we will put the stone table top with solid wood frame for better protection during transportation.
